If you don’t like buying shoes for your children without trying them on first, you can now make an appointment to come to our offices in Lisbon to see or try on the various models. If you want, you can buy the shoes right away and take them home to avoid shipping costs. Payments can be made using the payment methods available in our online shop.
Since this is not a store, it is absolutely essential to make an appointment, via private message on social media or by email to [email protected]. This way, we guarantee that someone is there to provide full support. It is possible to make an appointment for any working day, between 10:00 and 17:00.

In the future we will try to extend this possibility to other parts of the country, but in the meantime, don’t forget that we have a simple and free exchange policy in mainland Portugal if you place an order and the number is not correct.
Order Pickup
If you are in Mainland Portugal, you can choose to collect your order from our office at Rua dos Lusíadas 5, 5º K, 1300-365 Lisboa (Google Maps), every working day between 10:00 and 17:00.
To do this, during the Check Out process, you must select the “Pick Up” option. After finalising your order, you should send an email to [email protected] to arrange the date on which you would like to collect your order.
If, in the meantime, you have changed your mind and would prefer the order to be sent to you, you should contact us so that we can speed up the payment of the postage and schedule the dispatch.
