With a career spanning over 10 years, Hugo is a specialist in the field of physiotherapy and osteopathy and is passionate about helping children take their first steps with confidence, comfort and safety.
He graduated in Physiotherapy and specialised in Osteopathic Techniques of the Locomotor System at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. It was also in Spain that he graduated in Osteopathy at the Escuela de Osteopatia de Madrid.
During his years of experience in the market he has never stopped investing in specialised training, which makes him one of the most respected professionals in the area. Among the training courses he has done we can highlight the specialisation in Pediatric Osteopathy, Basic and Advanced by the Associazione Italiana per la Divulgazione delle Cultura Osteopatica, the complete course of Myofascial Therapies by the Centro Internacional de Formación Continuada para Fisioterapeutas, Spanish school, and the course Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization of Pavel Kolar: Exercise Course, Czech school.
As he doesn’t like to keep knowledge to himself, Hugo is currently teaching in the Physiotherapy degree and in the Osteopathy degree of the Escola Superior de Saúde Jean Piaget (IP-VNG), besides being a recognised trainer and speaker in several courses, congresses and national and international conferences in the area of paediatrics and motor control.
